Nathalie Tang has been promoted to vice president and general manager for Redken and PureOlogy worldwide. In this role, Tang will lead her team in evolving the Redken and PureOlogy product catalogues and oversee the development of brand image, sales, marketing and education to increase global business. 

Dan Seidel has been promoted to assistant vice president, sales administration. In this role, he will support the marketing, sales and education department brand strategies to advance the
business of both Redken and PureOlogy through the field sales force and key sales events.
